Do investors truly steal the equity of a house in Fort Collins?

Alright, it’s Adam with adambuysdenverco.com and I just got done speaking with a homeowner, actually a seller, in Fort Collins who’s looking to sell their house in a really awesome part, actually right on Mountain Avenue. And they gave me a call from my website and they basically told me, I’m just seeing this as an option.

But honestly I feel like I still don’t know how the process works with an investor because what are you going to do? Are you going to come into my house and try to steal my equity in this? And the weird thing is, and I understand where they’re coming from in terms of yeah, you, you got to sell your house for a worthy price.

That’s just, if I were to sell. Anything that I own my iPhone I don’t know, a pair of shoes, a bike, anything I deem valuable cause I needed to sell it. Yeah, it doesn’t matter if it’s an iPhone or a house, like everyone wants the best price they can get. But what I don’t understand is what’s going on in the marketplace of the average homeowner these days.

Because it’s just very strange how I don’t hear it all the time, like every single call. But I’m pretty sure I hear it more than the average person ever will when they think about real estate. There’s this weird mindset and consensus that investors, if they’re gonna buy a house, they have to buy it 50 cents on the dollar.

And it has to be a house that’s a fix and flip foreclosed home with graffiti and dead cats in the garage. Now, I’ve seen that before. But oh my goodness no, it doesn’t, it doesn’t have to be that crazy. It’s just, there’s so many strategies and so many options that I have to a homeowner.

I’ve bought and sold houses in brand new condition. I fixed and flipped houses where there was literally graffiti all over the walls, holes in the drywall, down to the studs, fire damaged homes. I’ve seen it’s like any literally when we see as a company, we buy houses, any condition, any situation I it’s because I’ve pretty much done that.

It’s hard to think of a situation or a condition of a house. I haven’t done. I would say the only thing I haven’t done is a burnt down house because I don’t really care to do redevelopment or anything, so that’s like the only thing, but even then, it’s just the right opportunity hasn’t come across, but I’m not afraid to do it.

And so that’s just what I wanted to say in this video is you don’t have to be in a crazy dire if you don’t sell the house. Your life’s gonna be over situation. It’s, hey, as long as you’re interested in selling your house, I’ll make an offer. And that’s really the start of everything.

That’s the start of all business. It’s, it doesn’t matter if you’re selling an iPhone or if you’re selling a house.
